In August 2024, we will be submitting a formal planning application for Phase 2 of our proposed pipeline works to Darlington Borough Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council.
There will be a further opportunity to comment directly to the local authorities when they undertake their own consultation following submission of our planning application.
