Each year, we welcome graduates into our scheme, where you’ll embark on an exciting 24-month journey with us. With four rotational placements within our Assets Directorate, including Engineering and Project Management, you’ll gain hands-on experience, tailored training, and mentorship. You’ll also develop soft skills like problem-solving, and communication to help set you up to thrive in any working environment.
